Tired of COD and personal check issues that can prolong and complicate the ordering and receiving of appraisals? In order to expedite the appraisal process, we offer a CREDIT CARD payment option for borrowers to pay directly and eliminate potential payment issues.
Our rates are very competitive. A full appraisal fee is generally $300-325 depending on the complexity of the assignment. We do not charge extra for changes, additional comparables or 1004C addendums for manufactured homes.
